 THE 'TO DO' LIST
I am flying by the seat of my pants here - but I have seen this community work together and I already have a lot of strong support and volunteers.  I am hoping to gain enough feedback from the FORM I have included to get this started.
A lot of marketing will need to be done as well, and this is not a problem.
Just off the top of my head...
I will need to check to see what, if anything, we might need to host something like this.  Do we need a license to host an event?
We will be serving food at the Beach Club and Marina and both bars will be open - cash only.
Reserve Residents can offer their homes as rentals through this site well in advance if they would like.
Beach Tents for traveling artists or vendors when this becomes atwo-day event.
Plan on Marina Boat Traffic and Guest - I am hoping people come from both the Caribbean and the Mainland.
Kanantik as a host to our artists - I am working on it.
We will be able to offer International Artists not only this venue - but help them enjoy their stay past the event dates with other options of places to stay and things to do.
We may offer diving or fishing excursions hosted by our own residents if they are interested - like Phil Bell or Josh Allen.  Horseback riding - could that be an option during our two-day event as we grow? We can offer concierge services for yacht owners; they always need to stock up on fresh foods - why not think ahead and have that ready for them when they arrive.  I am sure Shoots Alive, and our own Nana would love to support this event.   There are so many ways this will potentially impact The Reserve.
Parking and shuttle service when we grow.  We could offer this job to someone.
'After Art After Dark Events'
Showcase art through our five Eco Systems as themes.
What about Sponsors?  Local Resorts?  Local Schools? Is this needed?
Can our local workers assist with little Caribbean Palapa type booths for artists and vendors? Look at the Sawdust Festival web site and ideas start flowing.
Everything that might be short-term thinking now - become long term as we grow and the event grows. We may need water - power to each showcase location.  Definitely concierges and good will ambassadors.  Always security.   Can we use the Duffy boats to go from Beach Club to Marina and simply tour our collective home here?  Polaris Drivers to assist mobility around the event and The Reserve.  Fishing excursions - diving - snorkeling - food - music from local artists...it goes on and on a beautiful vision.  So many opportunities for so many people.
Imagine seeing The Reserve After Art Annual Event on other web sites as one of the ‘Things to do in Belize’.
I would like to keep attendance Free the first year or two (for our starter artists) then decide on cost to participate, if at all.
